Set up professional email with your own domain

Instead of company@gmail.com: addresses like info@your-company.com look professional, build trust and reliably reach the inbox. I set everything up – from the mailbox to the smartphone.

Why use your own domain for email?

Your email address is often the first impression customers get of your company. With your own domain you gain:

A professional image

info@, accounting@ or firstname@your-company.com instead of a free address. It looks professional and stays the same when you change provider.

Better deliverability

With SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly, mail servers recognise your messages as genuine, reducing the risk of landing in spam.

Multiple mailboxes and aliases

Shared mailboxes for enquiries or invoices, delegation and forwarding – cleanly organised.

Calendar, contacts, video meetings

Depending on the solution including a shared calendar, address book and online meetings for the whole team.

Consistent signatures

A professional email signature with all legally required details for business correspondence, identical for everyone.

Privacy in mind

I advise vendor-neutrally on server location, data processing agreements and security so the solution fits your requirements.

Which email solution fits your business?

I am not tied to any vendor and recommend what fits your size, budget and way of working:

Microsoft 365

Makes sense if you already work with Word, Excel and Teams and want calendar, file storage and meetings from one provider.

Google Workspace

Good for teams that collaborate on documents and know and like the Google interface.

Mailboxes with web hosting

The low-cost option for sole traders and small businesses that mainly want to send and receive email reliably.

European providers

When data storage in Europe and a lean feature set matter most.

How the setup works

  1. Clarify requirements

How many mailboxes, which devices, what exists already? That determines the right solution.

  2. Set up domain and provider

Register or transfer the domain, create mailboxes, set DNS records for deliverability and security.

  3. Migrate existing mail

On request I move existing mailboxes, contacts and calendars without data loss.

  4. Devices and briefing

Setup in Outlook, Apple Mail and on smartphones, plus a short briefing for your team.

Frequently asked questions

What does email with your own domain cost?

Running costs are typically a few euros per mailbox per month depending on the provider, plus the domain. I offer the setup at a fixed price on request.

Do I need a website for it?

No. A domain is enough. If you do not have one, I register and set it up. A matching website can follow later.

Will I lose my old emails?

No. I migrate existing emails, contacts and calendars to the new mailbox. You stay reachable throughout.

Why do my emails end up in the recipient’s spam folder?

Often SPF, DKIM or DMARC records are missing or set incorrectly. Large providers increasingly require this authentication. I check and correct it.

Do you also set up smartphones and email clients?

Yes. How we do it, we decide depending on the assignment, for example together in a video call with screen sharing. It works even if you are not based in Brandenburg. On site it is possible in Neuruppin, Brandenburg and Berlin by arrangement.
