If you contact us by email, phone or via the contact form, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your enquiry) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if the enquiry relates to the initiation of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The contact form transmits your input by email to our own mailbox; nothing is stored in a database. Filling in the form is voluntary; without your name, email address and message we cannot process your enquiry.
To protect against automated requests (spam), the contact form uses a simple security question (arithmetic task), an invisible honeypot field and a minimum completion time. The check is carried out exclusively on our own server. No cookies are set, no session data is stored and no data is transmitted to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against spam and abuse).
Data from your enquiry will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent or the purpose of the data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial or tax law) remain unaffected.
